Use of Website
Our website is here for you to browse compare and buy — not to poke around and interfere with how it runs. Please don’t try to mess with the site’s functionality or use it for any unlawful purpose. When you’re using the checkout we need complete information from you so we can confirm your order and make sure your delivery address is accurate. You should be 18 years old to shop with us on your own. If you are younger we need parental consent before you place an order.
Products and Pricing
Honestly this is the section most people skim past and it’s the one that saves the most headaches later. Our product images and product descriptions are meant to be as accurate as possible but a few are there purely for illustration purposes so colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. We can’t warrant that the catalogue is ever fully error-free. All prices are listed in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) and we reserve the right to change prices limit quantities or update listings without prior notice.
Orders and Payment
You can pay however suits you — debit/credit cards, bank transfers JazzCash, EasyPaisa or good old Cash on Delivery (COD). If you’re paying COD please try to have the exact change ready for the rider it genuinely helps. Once you place an order you’ll get an order confirmation but that doesn’t lock in product availability — stock can shift fast. We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected on a transaction or if payment can’t be verified.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship across Pakistan to major and smaller cities alike and we work hard to ensure every parcel gets to you in good shape. Delivery times we mention are estimates not promises they’re not guaranteed especially during peak seasons or bad weather. Once your order is handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you as soon as you receive it so please inspect your package the moment it’s available at your door.
Returns and Exchanges
If something doesn’t fit or feel right, our exchange policy gives you a 7-day window from the date of delivery to send items back. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have their original tags still attached — no exceptions here, this protects both the customer and us. Sale items, innerwear and swimwear are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons. Return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer unless the issue is customer-initiated by our error like sending the wrong item.
Intellectual Property
Every bit of content on this website, the text, the designs, the logos, the images is the property of MCD Point and is protected under copyright laws. You’re welcome to browse and enjoy it but please don’t reproduce copy or distribute any of it and don’t use our material elsewhere without our written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To keep things fair on both sides: our liability for any issue with a product purchased through this website is limited to the amount paid for that item. We’re not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or site.
Governing Law
If any disagreement happens, it will be handled under the laws of Pakistan, and it will be settled in Pakistani courts. In short — these Terms and Conditions follow Pakistani law, plain and simple.
Changes to Terms

Here’s the short version, no legal text, just how it actually works day to day. Placing order with us means you’re agreeing to the full policies above — that part’s binding even if you only skim it. Our pricing is always shown in PKR with applicable taxes already worked in where relevant and yes, shipping is calculated separately at checkout. Our product photos and photography are shot to be as colour-accurate as possible but screens vary, your device’s screens aren’t always synced the same way so there’s a chance of small variation between what you see and the fabric in hand. If a price changes or we adjust pricing on the site, it applies going forward, not to orders placed before the update. Sometimes an item sells out mid-sale when that happens, we’ll either refund you, offer a swap or let you know about a possible restock and we’ll give you notice either way. If your item arrives with an issue our return pages cover your options clearly. We take privacy seriously too check our privacy policies for how your data is handled. All brand assets and copy on the website belong to MCD Point so please don’t lift our content for your own use. Anything discounts or stock related that’s live on the site is accurate at that moment and if you ever need help just contact our team.
Account & Order Use
Your account and login details are private please don’t share them and let us know right away if you believe someone’s misusing your access. We take abuse of the platform seriously including fraudulent orders and we reserve the right to block accounts or cancel orders that look fraudulent.
Promotions, Discounts & Vouchers
We run discount offers from time to time and each one comes with its own rules — usually posted right on the campaign page along with any date range it’s visible for. Unless it’s explicitly stated otherwise promo codes can’t be combined — no stacking codes at checkout. Some codes only work on eligible categories or need a minimum order value to apply. Any misuse, like automating entries or reselling discounted stock, voids the offer and we can cancel order on the spot. By using a code, you’re bound by its terms.
Limitation Of Liability
On the delivery side: if a product arrives with damage or a defect, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it within reasonable timelines, working with the assigned third-party courier to sort it out. That said, our liability is limited to the value of the affected order and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages caused by a delay in how items ship or arrive. We do our best to keep parcels intact and on time, but some things like force-majeure events are outside our control.
Changes To These Terms
If we make a material change to these terms, expect a homepage banner or a short message flagging it we’re not going to bury significant changes where you’d miss them.
